Came into the store to replace my cell phone because of charging issues. The store owner cleaned the charging port of the cellphone to the best of his ability and the phone began charging again, at no charge. Best locally owned phone store. Gear experience.
I was skeptical at first being my first time here. I went with someone to fix their iPhone, proceed to ask about an issue with my Chromebook and in less than 24 hours everything was fixed.
Honest, very focused in providing service rather than looking for opportunities to make money. Johnny helped fix my dad’s phone very quickly. His speakers were not working and turned out speakers were fine but the voice was jammed due to heavy dust and wax. He cleaned it up for free. He could have easy asked me to replace speaker or charged me for the service. I need an iPad fixed and couple of more phones. Am coming here again always now. Thank you.

This place is outstanding. I came in today to have my son’s PlayStation 5 repaired because it was overheating, and the service was excellent from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, they got right to work, and within about an hour and a half, the PlayStation was fully fixed and ready to go. Abu and Jon were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions and gave helpful advice to prevent future issues. Overall, the service was top-notch — fast, honest, and reliable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.
